The Speaker Cabinet
The speaker cabinet is constructed with a variety of advanced cabinet joining techniques that provide added rigidity to eliminate unwanted cabinet resonances. In addition, over-engineered internal bracing and rear porting with use of exponential flare to eliminate air noise and turbulence.

The Speaker Stand
Often overlooked, the speaker stand plays a crucial role to the overall sound of the speaker. Unwanted vibrations can cause resonance and need to be either isolated, absorbed, or both. The model 62’s stand is designed to both isolate and absorb unwanted vibration. The model 62 has a unique stand made of natural materials that were selected for its superb material properties and first class looks. This stand absorbs unwanted vibrations by directly coupling the speaker to the stand. By coupling directly, the added mass lowers the natural frequencies that can cause unwanted vibration out of the audible range. The unique spikes are then coupled to the stand’s base to isolate the entire loudspeaker from the floor. This provides increased imagery, detail, and accurate bass reproduction.
